Privacy Policy
DRUMKIT does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. There is no account, no analytics, and no tracking. Everything you make stays on your device unless you deliberately export it.

What we collect
Nothing. DRUMKIT has no account system, no sign-in, and no server. It does not contain analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDKs, and it does not build a profile of you or your device.
Your audio and projects
Audio you import — tracks, loops, and one-shots — is copied into DRUMKIT's own storage on your device and processed entirely on device. The same is true of everything you create: patterns, songs, kits, custom patches, and effect settings.
None of it is uploaded anywhere. We never receive it, never see it, and could not retrieve it if we wanted to. Analysis that turns an imported track into playable one-shots runs locally on your iPhone.
Device motion
DRUMKIT asks for motion access for one purpose: while you are recording a performance, it reads device motion to estimate how hard you tapped, so your playing carries dynamics. That reading is used in the moment to set a velocity value and is not stored as motion data, not associated with you, and not transmitted.
You can decline the permission. Performance recording still works; taps are simply captured without the extra velocity nuance.
When data leaves your device
Only when you choose to send it. Exporting a master, a Sample Pack ZIP, or a .fkit hands the file to iOS, and where it goes next is your choice — Files, AirDrop, another app. That transfer is between you and the destination you pick; it does not pass through us.
Diagnostics
DRUMKIT can write technical diagnostic files while analysing audio. These stay in the app's cache directory on your device, are excluded from backups and archives, and are never sent anywhere.
Children
DRUMKIT is a music production tool suitable for general audiences. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.
Purchases
DRUMKIT is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the transaction and any billing information; we never see your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that part of the purchase.
Your rights
Regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to return or erase. To remove everything DRUMKIT has stored, delete the app — that removes its projects, imported audio, and caches from your device.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. If a future version of DRUMKIT ever collects anything, we will say so plainly and before it ships.
